Understanding your emotions, how they effect you and learn to respond with Christlikeness
He who is slow to anger is better than the mighty, And he who rules his spirit, than he who captures a city. Proverbs 16:32 ESV
And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:7 ESV

Developing Self-Control
Like a city whose walls are broken through is a person who lacks self-control. Prov 25:28 ESV
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law. Galatians 5:22-23 ESV

6. Intellectual-Thinking like God

Developing the Mind of God
I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship. Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect. For by the grace given to me I say to everyone among you not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think with sober judgment, each according to the measure of faith that God has assigned. Have nothing to do with irreverent, silly myths. Rather train yourself for godliness; or while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come. 1 Ti 4:7–8.
